Recently, Heilongjiang Provincial Department of Education released the list of innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base construction points of colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, identifying 10 innovation and entrepreneurship demonstration base construction points of colleges and universities, and our school was successfully selected.

Taking the opportunity of the construction of the approved Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base for Colleges and universities in Heilongjiang Province, NEPU will continue to make efforts in promoting the innovation of the construction mode of the base, improving the incubation service capacity of the base, promoting the deep integration of the university and enterprises, improving the implementation mechanism of the transformation of achievements, and giving play to the role of the base in driving the dissemination, continue to strengthen the sharing and cooperation of entrepreneurship and innovation resources, and build an open entrepreneurship and innovation system. We will comprehensively improve education on innovation and entrepreneurship.

It is reported that the University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Demonstration Base is to thoroughly implement the requirements of the Guiding Opinions of The General Office of the State Council on Further Supporting College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship, implement the decisions and arrangements of the Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Government, promote the reform of innovation and entrepreneurship education in Heilongjiang Province, constantly gather innovation resources, and continuously improve the entrepreneurial vitality. To a greater extent, provincial demonstration bases for innovation and entrepreneurship with universities as the main body will stimulate market vitality and the creativity of college students, and make education a "fast variable" that can better adapt to, support and lead economic and social development.
